GENERAL
The 2026 Northeast Division Conference will feature Division business sessions, leadership development programming, and concurrent breakout discussions designed to strengthen Detachments and Departments across the Northeast. Early registration is encouraged to assist with planning and space allocation.
ELIGIBILITY
- Members of the Marine Corps League in good standing
- Members of the Marine Corps League Auxiliary in good standing
- At-Large Members in good standing
Good standing status must be maintained through the Conference.
REGISTRATION OPTIONS
ONLINE REGISTRATION (Preferred Method)
Click “Register Now” to access the Zeffy registration portal. The online system allows on or more members – up to ten (10) total – to be registered in a single transaction. The same portal allows for Detachment registrations (see below) at the reduced rate. Banquet tickets can be purchased online as well (see below.)
Payment is accepted via credit or debit card. For assistance, contact the Northeast Division National Vice Commandant or the Division Paymaster.

MAIL-IN REGISTRATION
Individual Member Registration Form:
Used to register one (1) to ten (10) members and purchase banquet tickets. This form can be used by up to ten eligible members of the Marine Corps League or Marine Corps League Auxiliary. Members will pay the full rate and need not be from the same organization.

Detachment Registration Form:
Used by a Detachment to register up to ten (10) members and purchase banquet tickets. Additional members can be registered using the Individual Registration Form. The first five registered members of the Detachment are registered for one reduced rate.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
Individual Member Registration: $10.00 per member
Detachment Registration: $35.00 (includes five (5) member registrations)
Additional members (up to 10 total using the mail in form): $10.00 each
Online and mail-in pricing are identical.
DIVISION AWARDS BANQUET
Time: Saturday, May 16, 2026 – 1800 Hours
Location: Conference Hotel Ballroom
Advance Purchase: $50.00 per person
At-Conference (if available): $60.00 per person
Banquet tickets must be purchased in advance to guarantee seating. A limited number may be available at the conference at the higher rate.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Advance registration must be postmarked no later than: May 1, 2026.
REFUND POLICY
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Division Paymaster prior to May 8, 2026. No refunds will be issued after that date.

All ads must be submitted electronically (JPG or PNG preferred; PDF or DOC accepted). Ad sizes are included on the ad form and on the Zeffy Ad Page. Paper ads or ads submitted without electronic copy cannot be accepted.
